Love You Berry Much Muffins

I picked up these oven safe ceramic hearts from Micheal for only a dollar. It took two bags of the muffin mix to fill these dishes. As you can see it makes a very large muffin. I didn't get to take a picture of them with the tag (above). I sent them to you know who....my College Girl and her roomies. Her Big Sister and Father are asking where their muffins are????

More Chi Omega Stuff for my College Girl

My College Girl needed a few more academic rewards for her Chi O Sisters. These are the large Hersey Bars with a new look! I took the outside wrapper off and designed a new one using Photoshop Elements. I really had fun making these. My College Girl loved them and can't wait to give them out! Check out the back for the nutrition values...I think chocolate always boosts brain cells! Of course, the study tips will not hurt either!

Sorority stuff

Here's another idea of my college girl, the scholarship chair, for her scholar sisters. Again, one of Katie's ideas ( did I say she was creative) that Mom made. She keeps me busy with her ideas. I used the computer to design this door hanger. I think we could do a lot with this...any color, any design, any text. What do you think?

Baby Block Christmas Tree

Don't throw away your baby's old ABC wooden blocks. My girls (19 and 24) played with these blocks when they were babies. You can still see their teeth marks in the blocks. I had to buy more to make this block Christmas tree because I only had a few I had saved. If you look closely you can see I spelled out our names in the different levels of the tree. It definitely is one of those special decoration in our home. So don't toss out thoses worn color faded baby blocks! Recycle with love!

My youngest college girl ( sorority girl) was home this past weekend. When she is home the house is filled with joy! She is always planning something for Mom to do...I mean create. She is very talented and much more creative that I am. But we do make a good team. These cute little owls she designed and made for rewards for achievement to recognize her XO sisters. She is the scholarship chair for her sorority. She always amazes me!

The house seems so empty when she goes back to school! Do you know what I mean?

Addicted to Blogging

I have finally done it...for months and months I have been addicted to everything blogs! New ideas, recipes, pictures, and decorating! So I have finally joined right in (against my husband's wishes!) ha ha ha. Luckily, I have a wonderful daughter that is so computer savvy and while home for a long weekend created this site for me! So enjoy something salty, sweet, and southern!
