After a long, record breaking winter this Easter and Spring is more appreciated! I have really enjoyed decorating more this year with the beautiful fresh pastel colors. This Easter was very relaxing. I tried to do most of lunch preparation before our family went to church. We had ham with a Bourbon cherry glaze, mashed pototoes, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, fruit salad, fresh field peas, rolls, and pound cake with fresh strawberries with whipped cream.
